All beers poured at the bar are strictly cold chained from the breweries to the bar. One of the owners, Heeyoon Kim, used to be a doctor of medicine, but after a trip to San Francisco she fell in love with craft beer. For the opening of the bar, she collaborated with Mikkeller Art Director Keith Shore to adopt the organic look of the very first Mikkeller Bar on Viktoriagade in Copenhagen while adding some distinctly Korean touches.
